Jeevan Praman Pensioner Life Certificate.

Jeevan Pramaan application is a biometric enabled digital service for life attestation of pensioners. Pensioners of Central Government, State Government or any other Government Organization/Non-Government Organization can avail this facility.

Government of India’s Digital Life Certificate for Pensioners Scheme, popularly known as Jeevan Pramaan, Government of India wants to solve this problem by digitizing the entire process of obtaining life certificate. The objective is to streamline the process of obtaining this certificate and make it hassle free and very easy for the pensioners. With this initiative the pensioners will not be required to present themselves physically before the disbursing agency or the certifying authority, which will immensely benefit the pensioners and reduce unnecessary hardships. (Difficulties viz.- It is noted that this causes lot of hardship and unnecessary inconvenience especially to old age and disabled pensioners who are always in a position to present themselves before the particular authority to secure their life certificate Also a lot of government employees choose to move to a different place after their retirement either because of their family or other reasons.)

Jeevan Pramaan (Digital Life Certificate for Pensioners) Through CSC Center.

Process to create the Jeevan Pramaan Certificate from CSC Portal:-

  • CSC VLE must use their credentials to access the Digital Seva Portal.
  • Search “Jeevan Pramaan” in search Box and go to the Next CSC Page.
  • Select “Jeevan Pramaan Digital Life Certificate” and on Jeevan Praman Page select Proceed.
  • On Next Page you can Create New Jeevan Pramaan and Download your customer Certificate.
  • On Next Page enter your customer information and submit.
  • Post successful submission, Jeevan Pramaan Digital Life Certificate Generated.
  • VLE commission is 10/- INR* Per Jeevan Pramaan Certificate

UIDAI New Guidelines: Restricted new Aadhaar enrollment above 18 years

UIDAI Restricting New enrolment of residents who is above 18 years of age. UIDAI 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के निवासियों के नए नामांकन को प्रतिबंधित कर रहा है। Strengthening of Aadhaar Enrolment Ecosystem reg. Ref: OM No. 16027/1/2022-EU-I-HQ dated 06.09.2022.

UIDAI New Guidelines :

Unique Identification Authority of India has been decided to designate specific Aadhaar centres for enrolment of adult residents at Every District/Sub-District/ Block/ Tehsil HQ. reg. Ref: OM No. 16027/1/2022-EU-I-HQ dated 06.09.2022. UIDAI has been decided to restrict the facility of new enrolment of adult residents (residents in the age group of more than 18 years). Enrollment of new Aadhaar for adult residents (residents above the age of 18 years) only at the following Aadhaar centers:

1. All UIDAI ASKS

2. All State / District level Aadhaar centres run by CSC e-Gov.

3. Designated Aadhaar centres run by India Post/Indian Railways or any Central Govt. Ministry at District/Sub District/Block/Tehsil Head Quarters.

4. Designated Aadhaar centres run by State Government Registrars at District/Sub District/Block/Tehsil Head Quarter.

Note:- There will be no restriction on the use of CELC clients / ECMP clients operated by any registrar for fresh enrollment, update (biometric / demographic), Aadhaar print, Aadhaar document update etc., of a child in the age group of 0-18 years.

The new system will be fully functional from 01 December 2022. State/UT Governments have been asked to set up District Level Aadhaar Monitoring Committees to monitor Aadhaar related issues. The committee will also be responsible for monitoring the designated Aadhaar centers for fresh enrollment for adults as mentioned above.

UIDAI के नए दिशानिर्देश :

भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण ने प्रत्येक जिला/उप-जिला/ब्लॉक/तहसील मुख्यालय में वयस्क निवासियों के नामांकन के लिए विशिष्ट आधार केंद्रों को नामित करने का निर्णय लिया है। reg Ref: OM No. 16027/1/2022-EU-I-HQ दिनांक 06.09.2022। UIDAI ने वयस्क निवासियों (18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वर्ग के निवासी) के नए नामांकन की सुविधा को प्रतिबंधित करने का निर्णय लिया है। केवल निम्नलिखित आधार केंद्रों पर वयस्क निवासियों (18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के निवासी) के लिए नए आधार का नामांकन की सुविधा रहेगी: 

1. All UIDAI ASKS

2. सीएससी ई-गवर्नेंस द्वारा संचालित सभी राज्य/जिला स्तर के आधार केंद्र।

3. भारतीय डाक/भारतीय रेलवे या किसी केंद्र सरकार द्वारा संचालित नामित आधार केंद्र। जिला/उप जिला/ब्लॉक/तहसील मुख्यालय में मंत्रालय।

4. जिला/उप जिला/ब्लॉक/तहसील मुख्यालय में राज्य सरकार के रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा संचालित नामित आधार केंद्र।

नोट:- 0-18 वर्ष के आयु वर्ग के बच्चे के नए नामांकन, अद्यतन (बायोमेट्रिक / जनसांख्यिकीय), आधार प्रिंट, आधार दस्तावेज़ अद्यतन आदि के लिए किसी भी रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा संचालित सीईएलसी ग्राहकों / ईसीएमपी ग्राहकों के उपयोग पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं होगा।

नई प्रणाली 01 दिसंबर 2022 से पूरी तरह कार्यात्मक होगी। राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की सरकारों को आधार से संबंधित मुद्दों की निगरानी के लिए जिला स्तरीय आधार निगरानी समितियों का गठन करने के लिए कहा गया है। समिति ऊपर बताए अनुसार वयस्कों के लिए नए नामांकन के लिए नामित आधार केंद्रों की निगरानी के लिए भी जिम्मेदार होगी।

Subject: Strengthening of Aadhaar Enrolment Ecosystem – Restricting New enrolment of residents at designated Aadhaar centres only – reg. Ref: OM No. 16027/1/2022-EU-I-HQ dated 06.09.2022. In supersession of OM No. 16027/1/2022-EU-I-HQ dated 06.09.2022 on the subject cited above.

1. It has been decided to restrict the facility of new enrolment of adult residents (residents in the age group of more than 18 years), at the following Aadhaar centres only:

i. All UIDAI ASKS

ii. All State / District level Aadhaar centres run by CSC e-Gov.

ii. Designated Aadhaar centres run by India Post/Indian Railways or any Central Govt. Ministry at District/Sub District/Block/Tehsil Head Quarters. (ROS to designate such centers in consultation with respective Registrars. The number of such Aadhaar centres at District/Sub-District/Block/Tehsil Headquarters to be decided by respective RO, in consultation with respective Registrar).

iv. Designated Aadhaar centres run by State Government Registrars at District/Sub District/Block/Tehsil Head Quarter. (ROS to designate such centres in consultation with respective State Government Registrars. The number of such Aadhaar centres at District/Sub-District/Block/Tehsil Headquarters to be decided by respective RO in consultation with State Govt Registrar).

2. All remaining ECMP clients shall continue with all existing provisions

except new enrolment for adult.

3. There shall be no restriction on usage of CELC client by any Registrar for new enrolment of child under the age group of 0-5 years.

4. Tech Development Division to take necessary action to make changes in the ECMP client to meet the above requirement.

5. Process to be followed by respective stake holders:

i. Regional Offices to share the list of Station IDs of selected Aadhaar enrolment centres (where new Aadhaar enrolment for adult to be permitted) to Tech Operations Division and Tech Development Division.

ii. On receipt of the Station IDs, Tech Operations to notify the list and to share the URL for updating the ECMP client (having provision for new enrolment for adult) with access to selected Station IDs.

iii. All other Stations to be updated (OTA update) with new version of client having provision for all features other than adult enrolment such as enrolment of child upto 18 years, updates (Biometric/ Demographic), Find Aadhaar, Print Aadhaar, Document Update etc. The Stations using online ECMP client shall continue with provision for demographic update only (for CSC BCs).

iv. If any new enrolment packet for adult is wrongly got generated at any centres, other than the specified Stations, such packets shall be rejected during backend processing.

6. State/UT Governments have been asked to constitute District Level Aadhaar Monitoring Committee to monitor the Aadhaar related issues. The committee will also be responsible for monitoring the Aadhaar Centers designated for new enrolment for adult as mentioned above.

7. This exercise may be completed in a time bound manner as follows.

a) Finalizing list by UIDAI Regional Offices and 10th Oct 2022 sending to Tech Dev & Tech Ops

b) Effecting required update in the client and roll 31st Oct 2022 out of Alpha, Beta and stable version of clients as per above requirement. to 30th Nov 2022

8. The new arrangement will be fully functional from – 01st December 2022.

9. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.

आधार कार्ड डॉक्यूमेंट अपडेट | UIDAI ने दी ये महत्वपूर्ण सलाह:-

ऐसे व्यक्ति जिन्होंने अपना आधार 10 वर्ष पूर्व बनवाया था और उसके बाद इन 10 वर्षों में कभी अपडेट भी नहीं करवाया है, ऐसे व्यक्ति से यूआईडीएआई ने आधार कार्ड में डॉक्यूमेंट अपडेट करवाने का आग्रह किया है। जिन लोगो ने अपने आधार को 10 वर्षो के भीतर आधार में 1 भी बार अपडेट करवाए है उन्हें आधार कार्ड में डॉक्यूमेंट अपडेट करना आवश्यक नहीं है।  

भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (यूआईडीएआई) ने कहा आधार नंबर  का उपयोग अनेको सरकारी योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने में किया जाता है, इसके लिए आधार कार्ड को नवीनतम विवरण के साथ अपडेट करना होगा, ताकि आधार सत्यापन में असुविधा न हो।  वर्तमान में केंद्र और सभी राज्यों की करीब एक हजार योजनाओं में आधार जरुरी है। आधार कार्ड को ऑनलाइन के साथ-साथ आप केंद्र पर जाकर भी अपडेट कर सकते है इसके लिए आपको 50 रूपए का शुल्क चुकाना होगा।

Document Update in Aadhar Card UIDAI gave this important advice:-

UIDAI has requested such person to get the documents updated in the Aadhar card from such person who got his Aadhaar made 10 years ago and after that he has never got updated in these 10 years. Those who have updated their Aadhaar even once within 10 years, it is not necessary to update the documents in the Aadhaar card.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) said that the Aadhaar number is used to avail various government schemes and services, for which the Aadhaar card has to be updated with the latest details, so that Aadhaar verification is not inconvenienced. At present, Aadhaar is mandatory in about one thousand schemes of the Center and all the states. You can update the Aadhaar card online as well as by visiting the center, for this you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50.

प्रिय CSC VLE अगर आप आधार का कार्य करना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए आपको सीएससी यूसीएल पंजीकरण कंप्लीट करना होगा या फिर आप डायरेक्ट अपने स्टेट के आधार टीम से बात करके भी यूसीएल पंजीकरण कंप्लीट करवा सकते है। UCL रजिस्ट्रेशन कैसे करना है इसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया नीचे है:-

Aadhaar PVC Card

आधार पीवीसी कार्ड: आधार पीवीसी कार्ड आधार कार्ड का नवीनतम रूप है जिसको यूआईडीएआई ने पेश किया है। आधार पीवीसी कार्ड ले जाने में आसान और टिकाऊ होने के अलावा, कई सुरक्षा विशेषता जैसे फोटोग्राफ और जनसांख्यिकीय विवरण के साथ एक डिजिटल रूप से हस्ताक्षरित सुरक्षित क्यूआर कोड है। इसे आधार संख्या, वर्चुअल आईडी या नामांकन आईडी का उपयोग करके और रुपये 50/- का मामूली शुल्क देकर uidai.gov.in या Resident.uidai.gov.in के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर किया जा सकता है। आधार पीवीसी कार्ड स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा निवासी के पते पर पहुंचा दिया जाता है। नोट:- जिन निवासियों के पास पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर नहीं है, वे गैर-पंजीकृत / वैकल्पिक मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग करके भी ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं।

It can be ordered online through uidai.gov.in or Resident.uidai.gov.in by using Aadhaar number, Virtual ID or Enrollment ID and paying a nominal fee of Rs. 50/-. Aadhar PVC card is delivered by speed post to the address of the resident. Note:- Residents who do not have registered mobile number can also order using Non-Registered /Alternate Mobile Number.

आधार पीवीसी कार्ड ऑर्डर करने की प्रक्रिया

पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर से ऑर्डर करने की प्रक्रिया : आधार पीवीसी कार्ड ऑर्डर करने के लिए इस लिंक को https://uidai.gov.in या https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in खोलें। इसके बाद “आर्डर आधार पीवीसी कार्ड” सर्विस पर क्लिक करें। अपना 12 अंकों का आधार नंबर (यूआईडी) या 28 अंकों का नामांकन आईडी दर्ज करें। सुरक्षा कोड दर्ज करें, फिर पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर प्राप्त ओटीपी दर्ज करें। “नियम और शर्तें” के बगल में स्थित चेक बॉक्स पर क्लिक करें। ओटीपी सत्यापन पूरा करने के लिए “सबमिट” बटन पर क्लिक करें। निवासी का आधार विवरण अगली स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देगा, प्रिंट के लिए आदेश देने से पहले निवासी के आधार विवरण की जांच करें। इसके बाद “मेक पेमेंट” पर क्लिक करें। आपको पेमेंट गेटवे पेज पर क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग और यूपीआई जैसे भुगतान विकल्पों में से किसी एक विकल्प का चयन करना होगा। सफल भुगतान के बाद, डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर के साथ एक रसीद प्राप्त होगी, जिसे निवासी पीडीएफ प्रारूप में डाउनलोड कर सकते है। निवासी को एसएमएस के माध्यम से सेवा अनुरोध संख्या भी प्राप्त होगी। “आधार कार्ड प्रिंट” की स्थिति जानने के लिए एसआरएन नंबर द्वारा ट्रैक कर सकते हैं। DoP से भेजे जाने के बाद AWB नंबर वाला एसएमएस भी भेजा जाएगा। निवासी DoP  वेबसाइट पर जाकर डिलीवरी की स्थिति को और ट्रैक कर सकते हैं।

Procedure to order from registered mobile number : Open this link https://uidai.gov.in or https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in to order aadhaar pvc card. Then click on “Order Aadhar PVC Card” service. Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar Number (UID) or 28 digit Enrollment ID. Enter the security code, then enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number. Click the check box next to “Terms and Conditions.” Click on the “Submit” button to complete the OTP verification. The resident’s Aadhaar details will appear on the next screen, check the resident’s Aadhaar details before placing the order for print. Then click on “Make Payment”. You have to select any one of the payment options like Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI on the Payment Gateway page. After successful payment, a receipt with digital signature will be received, which residents can download in PDF format. The resident will also receive the service request number through SMS. To know the status of “Aadhaar Card Print” one can track by SRN number. SMS containing AWB number will also be sent after it is sent from DoP. Residents can further track the delivery status by visiting the DoP website.

Then click on “Order Aadhar PVC Card” service. Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar Number (UID) or 28 digit Enrollment ID. Enter security code. Click on the check box “If you do not have a registered mobile number, please check in the box”. Please enter unregistered/alternate mobile number. Click on “Send OTP” Click on the check box against “Terms and Conditions”. Click on the “Submit” button to complete the OTP verification. No data of Aadhaar details will be available. Click “Make Payment”. You have to select any one of the payment options like Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI on the Payment Gateway page.
